Wireless USB Gets One Step Closer
So this week the Certified Wireless USB Conference has been going on, and we’re seeing some encouraging steps for this burgeoning technology. Apparently, test vendors have been able to show that not only can they create WUSB hardware that meets the WUSB Forum’s specifications, but they also showed that different WUSB manufacturers will be able to create universally compatible devices by demonstrating multiple vendors’ devices being able to communicate with each other. Public release is still slated for early 2007.
